1. Our Role

HireCompare is a comparison platform. We connect you with equipment rental providers. We do not own, operate, or maintain the equipment listed. We are not a party to any rental agreement you enter into with a supplier.

2. Transparency

HireCompare is free for contractors to use. We charge suppliers a flat 3% fee on the final invoice value of each completed job, charged only once a job is won and marked complete. There is no cost for suppliers to create a profile, receive job alerts, or submit quotes. Customers are invoiced directly by the supplier and pay them for the hire; HireCompare does not process customer payments.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure all pricing, availability, and specifications on our site are accurate, this information is provided by third-party suppliers. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

• —Final Terms: You must verify final pricing, insurance requirements, delivery fees, and equipment suitability directly with the rental provider before finalising your hire.

4. Limitation of Liability

HireCompare is not responsible for:

• —Disputes between you and the equipment supplier.
• —Equipment failure, late delivery, or safety incidents on your job site.
• —Losses resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate project details. The use of this platform for fraudulent requests or to scrape data for competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.
